Family Session

A family session lasts up to one hour, and includes an unlimited amount of people, on-location. As a result, you receive around 100 final images (digital high-resolution), available to you through a password protected online gallery. My photos are your photos- so printing rights are included!
here's what i'm thinking...
I strive to capture real, raw moments. Don’t worry about your kiddos (or even yourselves!) getting some dirt or grass on themselves. The quicker you let go, the quicker we’ll see those real smiles -- and kids being their true selves. If you’re worried about the kids not sitting still for very long, that’s okay too! Spin, tickle, jump, run, talk, laugh, and maybe even grab some snacks (those little raisin boxes are perfect)! I’m usually waiting on connections, not just everyone’s smiling faces looking directly at my camera. And with little ones, don’t feel like you need to pull pacifiers or fingers out of mouths. They won’t be like this for long, and capturing their quirks and habits during this very moment in time is all a part of lifestyle photography, and I hope a big part of why you hire me.
So go throw on some clothes...
Think about the environment we choose to shoot in. I am constantly suggesting solid, neutral colors. So think, whites, creams, tans, grays, and black for a timeless look. Pick two or even three colors, and don't limit yourself to the same shade. I usually suggest staying away from greens, since grass and trees are usually in the background. You can never go wrong with tees, sweaters, jeans, and long dresses.
